One of the best around! A Great little Italian restaurant in New Holland. Friendly staff, great service Amazing Pizza, fabulous Chicken Cacciatore! The salads are fresh, made to order. All kinds of surprises using daily specials. If you love real deal Italian, great portions and friendly service; Palermo's is the place.

Always friendly service. Quality food and great beverage selection. I recommend the white pie, margherita pizza, the Stromboli and the house salad! I've also had the cheese ravioli and it's such a great value b/c it comes with a large amount of bread and salad.

My husband and I are from Massachusetts. We stopped in for a quick bite. The waitress " a girl from Jersey " was the highlight of our dinner. You could've get any friendlier!! Everyone in the place was treated like family and they all truly seemed to love this girl ! The food was delish although I would have liked the pizza to be cooked a bit more. The salad was so fresh and cold and the dressing was a home made work of art!! We also had the fried zucchini that was very good and the marinara sauce was perfection!!! The ambiance was filled with fun and laughter. It was a great pick on our part for sure. A nice ending to our mystery vacation trip!!!!

We didn't really have an issue with them! We used to order from carinis but they fucked up. They threatened my fiancé. So we decided to not order from them again. I honestly forgot about this place from years ago, so we decided to try it out one night. Never had an issue since we started again. Would never sit inside to eat as their always busy lol. But we love ordering and picking up. Definitely worth it! Probably the best pizza place in town if you ask me. Don't ever go to carinis or slice of Brooklyn. Get you some Palermo's

Palermo's in New Holland, is the best! My husband and I order takeout and have dined inside the restaurant. They treat us and feed us, like we are family. The portions are so plentiful. Check out the Antipasto Salad, below.

I cannot believe I had not tried it before. Excellent place, clean, amazing big menu and flavors and portions are great as well. Plenty of parking ans table service was friendly and flawless

One of my biggest complaints of this area is everything closes early (around 7/8PM). On the Thursday we arrived in nearby Intercourse, PA, we had a late lunch and weren't hungry until after 7. It seemed like our only options were fast food / chain restaurants. In came Palermo Pizza with takeout options and 388 4+ star reviews on Google (sorry Yelp) that sold us. This is a pretty small, nothing fancy Italian restaurant that also sells bottled beer, which was cool! Staff was speaking Italian to eachother so we knew it was legit. We ordered quite a bit for a group of 5 (apps, salad, pizza, stromboli, and two six packs of local beer) and it only came to $77. That's an insanely good price. Especially if you saw how much food we got. Prices are phenomenal. Apps are anywhere from $5 - $7. The white pie was by far my favorite. Very garlicky and big scoops of ricotta across the pie. I was disappointed in the mozz sticks as they tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. We got a buffalo chicken stromboli which was HUGE for the "medium" size but I wasn't crazy about the buffalo sauce they used. To be fair, I really wanted the spinach one but I was overruled LOL
